Alayna Born...November 15, 2009 Weight...5 lbs. 2 ozs. Length...20" Sculpt...Denise Pratt's Aubrey ....Quick Facts.... Alayna’s hair has been micro rooted just a few strands at a time. She has beautiful Blond colored angora mohair that is straight. This is some of the nicest mohair that I have found and it’s nice and soft! Her hair has been sealed on the inside with a waterproof sealer so her new mommy can very gently wash and style her hair. Alayna’s skin has been colored using Genesis Heat set paints in thin layers. She has a creamy complexion with mottling and is blushed in all the right places. She has bluish undertones on her feet, hands, arms and face along with faint veining. Her 10 little fingers and 10 little toes have been painted a very soft muted pink color and then tipped and sealed to give that freshly clipped appearance. Alayna has beautiful dark blue eyes and I gave her wispy upper lashes. I also gave her hand stroked brows that compliment her hair color. Her nose has been opened and backed with dark felt to add depth. Her lips were painted and sealed with a satin varnish. Alayna has a jointed suede like body. She has ¾ arms and legs so she’ll be so fun to dress! She is the size of a newborn baby. I stuffed and weighted her limbs and body with tiny glass beads, Soft Touch Poly-fil Supreme and Poly-Pellets for more weight and realism. NO sand is ever used in my babies so they are free to travel around the world! All of my reborns are OOAK (One Of A Kind). There will never be another one quite like Alayna so if she's captured your heart, don't let her slip away. She is no longer a play doll and is more suitable for adults or older children. She would make a wonderful addition to any collection!
