Baby Tara has been reborn from the very popular Elly Knoops 'Luca' sculpt and is just so adorable :0) I have taken lots and lots of photos and they are completely un edited to show her just as she really is in true life, so please enjoy her photo shoot.

Tara has been reborn by myself, a reborn artist with 3.5 years reborning experience, in a smoke free home and studio. I have sold babies all over the world and you can be assured that only quality materials have been used and the latest tried and tested reborn procedures undertaken, to produce a high quality 'Bespoke Baby' which really is 'one of a kind'.

Baby Tara has been meticulously hand painted with Genesis heat setting artist paints, in many thin layers to give depth and realism to her skin tone. She has subtle veining and baby blotches and I have paid particular attention to her finger and toe nails, these have been painted in a natural shade and I have handpainted a very thin off white nail tip, and sealed with satin varnish for a soft sheen. I have opened tara's nose and backed it with black felt for added realism. I have given Tara beautiful dark blue/grey eyes and I have added a 'glazed' effect so they really catch the light and look moist :0) Tara has soft feathery, handpainted eyebrows and hand applied eyelashes to match her hair :0)

Tara has a gorgeous baby soft head of sparsley rooted light brown, premium mohair from Slumberland Nursery in Canada. It is a very natural colour and can be either brushed straight or slightly curled on top, so cute! Tara's hair has been meticulously micro rooted in a natural style with a swirl at the crown. I have used a German 42g needle and the hair looks as though it is really growing from her scalp :0) Her scalp also has blotches and delicate veining which can be seen beneath her hair. Tara's hair has been glued on the inside of her head to both minimise shedding and to make it waterproof so her mommy can gently spritz her hair with water in a misting bottle. To enhance her hair I have given Tara a magnetic hair decoration so please take care around items with a magnetic field pacemakers, credit cards etc.

Tara has a skin coloured doe suede disc jointed, cloth body. Her cloth body is jointed at the shoulders and hips so she can be posed in many positions. Tara has 3/4 length vinyl arms and legs, which are filled with tiny glass beads then topped with cotton wool and then finally sealed with felt discs to prevent leakage. her hips and shoulders in the soft body are filled with soft faux fleece. Tara's cloth body torso has been filled with 2 seperate sealed bags of tiny glass beads (one in the tushi and one in the tummy area) then surrounded with fluffy fleecy puffs for a cuddly feel I don't like to overstuff my babies as they become stiff and don't lie naturally like a real baby would, I prefer them to be more floppy. I have also given Tara a fully removeable tummy/chest plate (non anatomical) for added posing possibilities she looks so cute with it tucked into her nappy :0) Tara's head has been weighted with an enclosed sac of glass beads surrounded with lots of fleece to make it heavy and this will need supporting just like you would with a real baby. Tara has a strong magnet inserted inside her head, for her magnetic soother so please take care around things affected by a magnetic field, (pacemakers, credit cards, computers etc). To add to her realism, Tara has been safely scented with a special 'baby scent' oil sprinkled on a cotton wool ball, inside her cloth body, so she smells just like a freshly bathed baby :0) Please contact me if you would like to see photos of Tara without her clothing, so you can see exactly what her cloth body and limbs look like underneath the clothing.

All items are to be returned within 3 days of buyer receiving the parcel, in the same condition as it was sent in. I take detailed photos of my babies' in their boxes before they are sealed for their journey. Buyer is to pay return postage and insurance fees.

*Although Tara can be held and cuddled she is not suitable for a young child due to the magnets and filling materials.*

The photo below shows Tara with baby Daniel whom was sold last week I couldn't resist taking a photo of them together before Daniel makes his long trip home to his new mommy :0)
