I am Katelyn, the sole artist here at ~* Always Babies Nursery*~ . I strive to create gorgeous, lifelike babies for new moms out there and for the avid collector. I have been reborning these babies for almost 3 years now, and I still love each and every minute of it. I learn something new with each baby I create, and thus each baby created is in some way better than the last. I would like to introduce to you my newest little boy, Lucas. He has been created from the brand new released DUMPLIN sculpt, by Donna RuBert. He has been an absolute joy to bring to life, and I hope that it can be seen in his pictures. First, baby Lucas was given a nice warm bubble bath to remove any and all residues. He was then brought to life with my special technique. I used my very own blend of colors. He has a gorgeous ethnic skintone. Look at his gorgeous skin color. I have fallen in love with him! He has all the details of a real baby. I hope the love I have for each baby shows. I do my best to take large and clear pictures of each baby so that you can have a true impression of them before seeing them in person. Baby Lucas has baby brown eyes. His nose has been shaded. His lips have been tinted and sealed. They have been given that wet look. He is most adorbale. Baby Lucas' nails now have that just clipped look. They have been sealed to prevent fading. Look how adorable his hands and feet are! Has baby Lucas tugged at your heart strings? Could he be the baby of your dreams? Baby Lucas can now wear NEWBORN size clothing perfectly. PLEASE NOTE: Baby Lucas has 2 magnetic paci's. As these magnets are very strong, caution should be taken around electronics and those with pace makers. Baby Lucas' hair has been hand-rooted with a gorgeous shade of baby brown. It has been sealed from the inside with a waterproof sealer. His new mom may now gently spritz and style little Lucas' hair to her liking. He even has a little swirl at the crown. I have given baby Lucas a custom made ethnic, doe suede body, made by me. He now has 3/4 jointed arms and full legs! His limbs have been filled with glass beads and then sealed to prevent leakage. His body has been filled with a 2 pouches of glass beads surrounded by soft, non clumping poly fil. His head has been weighted with a pouch of glass beads surrounded by the same soft, non clumping poly fil and then sealed to prevent leakage. Please remember, his head needs supported just as you would a real newborn baby, when he is picked up to cuddle:) PLEASE NOTE: Baby Lucas has a little boo-boo on his arm. It's not very noticeable, I couldnt really get a good picture of it. It is for this reason, that I am starting his auction at $1 with NO RESERVE!
