I am a full time reborn artist and have spent many years creating these babies for families all over the world. I use only the highest quality materials available and take pride in presenting each new happy mommy with a high quality realistic baby to welcome into their homes and into their hearts. I am very pleased to welcome my newest baby boy, Ian. Luke has been created from the adorable "Trey" sculpt by talented artist Michelle Fagan. He was so much fun to bring to life and I know that his new mommy will fall in love with her just as much as I have. Each baby is truly a one of a kind and cannot be duplicated. If you have fallen in love with baby Ian, please take this opportunity to adopt this special little guy, as there won't be another like him in my nursery. Ian's lifelike baby skin tones have been achieved using many thin layers of Genesis heat set paints. I use my own technique and signature skin tone to acheive an "alive" look that is just amazing. He has subtle veining and undertones and all of his little creases have been blushed and shaded to perfection. Genesis paints are permanent, so you will never have to worry about them rubbing off or fading over time. Baby Ian has 3/4 vinyl limbs and a custom made jointed soft doe suede body that makes him so cuddly to hold. His body and head have been filled with soft fiberfill and premium poly pellets and his arms and legs have been filled with soft fiberfill and very fine glass beads for a realistic feel. Once you snuggle him in your arms, you will never want to put him down! When Ian is being cuddled, his little head needs to be supported just as you would a real baby. There is no sand in this baby boy, so if he were to travel overseas his trip would be a smooth one. Baby Ian wears size 0-3 months real infant clothing. His new mommy will have so much fun shopping for him! Ian's hair has been meticulously micro rooted with premium mohair from Susan Nagel in a gorgeous shade of dark blonde. I used a very fine needle to achieve the look of a real infant. You will be amazed at how it feels like real baby's hair! This is a very time consuming process, but the end result is well worth the time spent. Ian's hair has been sealed on the inside with a waterproof sealant so his new mommy can wet and style it. Please note that Ian has a magnetic pacifier. These magnets are strong so extra caution should be taken if you are sensitive to magnets or have a pacemaker. I will be happy to remove Ian's magnets upon request. Ian's little fingernails and toenails have been carefully manicured for a "just clipped" appearance. They have been hand painted and then sealed for protection. His lips have been painted in a soft natural rose color, glossed, and sealed for protection. Ian has been given a gorgeous shade of newborn blue eyes. You will expect him to blink at any moment! His eyebrows have been delicately hand painted using very fine strokes and his little nose has been opened and backed with felt for added depth and realism. He is simply stunning!
