I would like to thank everyone that emailed me, inquiring into my missing in action status. All the kind words of encouragement was very much appreciated, and I'm glad to be back!!! This baby girl is an extremely amazing sculpt. I had an amazing time reborning her, she has such a sweet mischievous little face !!!Please do enjoy her pictures. Elishia, has been reborn from the amazing Estelle kit, Sculpted by Evelina Wosnjuk. Incredibly realistic baby approximately 3 months old, ~Skin Texture~ Baby Elishia is the results of years of experince in art in one form or another. Very subtle veining has been added to the thinner parts of Elishia's skin, giving her a very realistic newborn look. Every little crease from the top of her head, to the tip of her tiny toes has been blushed and highlighted in very fine layers to create a very realistic baby skin tone. The amazing skin tone on this little one has been achieved using a 'special' blend of Genesis heat set paint's which are permanent and non toxic and will not fade over time. I have applied the paint in very thin layers, producing this very, very realistic newborn skin tone. ~Hair~ Elishia's hair has been painted. This is a very time consuming process, but it is well worth it.I have taken great care to make sure her painted hair lies in the direction that a babies hair should. As well as a very soft texture feel, that gives the illusion of baby fine hair. ~Nails~~Lips~~Nose~All Elishia's nails have been tipped in a natural off white, for added realism. All her nails have been sealed with a satin varnish.Elishia's lips have been colored in natural shades and sealed with a combination of satin and gloss varnish to give a realistic wet look of a young baby.Elishia's cute little nose has been carefully opened to give her a breathing look, her nose has been backed with felt to add realism. ~Body & Limbs~ Once you hold Elishia and feel her close to you, you will not want to put her down. She will surely capture you heart. She has 3/4 arms and legs this makes her so much fun to dress is in many wonderful newborn outfits.All my baby dolls are realistically weighted; in proportion to feel just like real newborn babies. I have weighted her limbs with tiny ultra fine glass beads, then sealed each limb. I have evenly weighted her body with pellets and luxury faux fleece this gives her a lovely squishy soft and very realistic feel. Elishia has custom made jointed doe suede body, which allows her to be placed in many different poses.Elishia's head as also been weighted; as you hold her in your arms her head will need your support just like a real baby girl.This little one wears 0-3 months clothing perfectly. In order for me to create a very special heirloom quality reborn, quite a bit of time has been spent studying babies' colouring trying to achieve the right skintone for a realistic beautiful baby. Commitment patience and a lot of love of this art is required. The baby you see is the baby you will receive. All pictures have been taken in natural daylight, and have not been altered or enhanced. Some of the pictures appear dark... that is due to the constantly changing weather. As I am not a professional photographer... I did my best to capture this baby girl...
