Tamie has a done a fantastic job sculpting Jack, he is so scrummy! He will be a limited edition on 250, making him even more special. Jack has such a beautiful little face, a peaceful little sleeping newborn. This little boy is truly adorable. I am so smitten with him. I really hope that you like him too. All of Jack’s photos were taken outdoors or in front of big windows to ensure lots of natural light to give a true representation of his colouring. Skin Jack has beautiful skin created through many layers to give a realistic 3D effect. He has skin tones of a younger baby with mottled skin, pressure marks and baby blotches, realistic veining and thread veins. I have used Genesis Heat Set paints to create her beautiful skin tones. These allow me to paint in very thin layers which build up like the natural layers of the skin. These paints are very good quality and will never chip or fade, meaning Jack will look beautiful forever. Eyes, lips, nails & nose Jack is a gorgeous peaceful sleeping baby; his eyelids have tiny thread veins as you would see on a real baby and he has rooted lashes in the same colour as his hair. Jack has tiny little 3D milk bumps they look a little more obvious in the photos than they are in real life. Jack’s eyebrows have been painted in many fine layers and his nails have been tipped and sealed to give a natural sheen. Jack’s lips have been painted, again in many layers and with many different colours; this gives them a lovely plump look. I applied just a touch of gloss to add a natural sheen. I decided not to open Jack’s nostrils; instead I shaded the inside to add depth. Limbs & body Jack has ¾ arms and legs. His limbs have been filled with tiny glass granules and topped off with heavy fibrefill. His body has been evenly weighted with pouches of glass granules, fibrefill and baby fat, giving him a realistic firm but wonderfully cuddly feel. His head has also been filled with a sealed pouch of glass micro beads and fibrefill, it will flop like a real baby. Jack has a white doe suede body that fits him perfectly; I had this custom made by Lorraine at Lozy’s Little Angels. She has made a note of the measurements so anyone buying this kit can get a body to fit perfectly. Jack has full arms and legs, I asked Lorraine to joint the full limbs on the body so that they can be moved easily, making him very easy to pose. You can see from the pictures how beautiful Jack can be positioned. Jack is 13inches long. Outfits Jack comes with all the outfits you see in the photos. He has a very special crochet bunny outfit made by Sonia from Silken Locks and One off Frocks. His little floppy eared hat is just adorable!! Sonia has used the finest materials and thread to make her outfit, she takes such pride in her designs and it really shows. Sonia’s outfits are exquisite and made to an extremely high quality! The beautiful quilt that I have pictured Jack with was made by Granny Lynne, grandmalynn64 on eBay. Lynne sells her blankets through ebay and privately, they are all so beautiful with exquisite detailing that makes each one so special and original. I had this one custom made for me and I cannot recommend Lynne enough, this blanket it truly stunning! I was so delighted when it was delivered as it was more beautiful than I could have imagined. Thank you so much Lynne xxx Magnets Jack has no magnets in his head so he is safe for people with Pacemakers, if you would like me to add you a dummy then I am able to do this at the end of the auction for you x Hair Jack’s has beautiful silky soft chocolate brown hair, it has been micro rooted with a very fine needle using Slumberland kid mohair which is just perfect for fine baby hair. He has a slight off centre widow’s peak and lots of rooted baby downy hairs. I used 2 different types of mohair on Jack’s head, kid mohair and Yearling, rooting more thickly at the crown where I wanted the hair to be thicker. Jack has a swirly crown and his hair had been directionally rooted to give him a head of hair that will stay in place once styled. I am so proud of his hair; it is just stunning and looks so real. I even rooted the tiny little baby ‘peach fuzz’ hairs that grow along the front hairline, I love the effect of the rooted downy hairs; it is just amazing and looks so natural. Jack’s hair is so easy to style due to the beautiful quality of the mohair I used. It really is so amazingly soft and fine that you can literally dampen and style, and it stays exactly in place when dry. I will be including hair styling instructions so that you can keep her looking beautiful forever. His hair and lashes have been sealed from the inside with strong glue meaning you are able to dampen and restyle it any way you wish. Layaway....
