Time: 11:48 A.M Length: Approx. 23 inches (head to toe) Before I started bringing baby Charlene to life, she was given a nice warm bubble bath to remove any factory residue. Her beautiful baby skin tones were achieved using many thin layers of genesis heat set paints. Each layer has been heat set for a true to life coloring. Genesis paints are permanent and will never fade or rub off. Each one of my babies are created using their own special blend of paints so no two babies are ever the same. They are truly one of a kind. Charlene has subtle veining and undertones throughout her head and limbs, her skin tones are so lifelike. Baby Charlene has the sweetest look on her face. She is just such a big baby girl....so very precious. Baby Charlene has 3/4 vinyl arms and 3/4 vinyl legs and a jointed custom made tan butter suede body that makes her feel so cuddly. Her body and head have been filled with soft fiber fill and premium poly pellets and her arms and legs have been filled with soft fiberfill and very clean craft sand for a realistic feel. Once you snuggle her in your arms, you will never want to put her down! When Charlene is being cuddled, her little head may need to be supported just as you would a real baby She was rooted with a beautiful shade of light blond mohair. It feels just like real baby hair! Baby Charlene has a thick head full of hair, her hair is so soft and silky! Charlene’s hair has been sealed on the inside so her new mommy can occasionally dampen and gently comb and style it. Please note that Charlene has a magnetic hair bow and magnetic pacifier. These magnets are strong so extra caution should be taken if you are sensitive to magnets or have a pacemaker and around electronics. Charlene's little fingernails and toenails have been carefully manicured for a "just clipped" appearance. They have been hand painted and then sealed for protection. Her lips have been painted in a soft natural rose color, glossed, and sealed for protection. Her barely there eyebrows have been delicately hand painted using very fine strokes and her little nose has been opened and backed with felt for added depth and realism. Baby Charlene has beautiful newborn dark blue eyes and hand applied light brown upper lashes. Her eyes have been glazed for that watery look, her nose is a tad runny. She is so very adorable!! I even gave her 4 adorable freckles 3 on her precious face and one on her arm.
