WELCOME BABY ANDY WEIGHT 5 pounds 2 ounces LENGTH 20 inches Hello, I am Eileen Nicholas and the artist of this beautiful baby boy. This unique art form gives me the opportunity to use my natural artistic abilities and love of babies. I am always striving to create the most realistic and beautiful baby. This is a passion of mine so no baby is ever rushed and each baby receives my best. Please welcome the newest addition to my nursery "Baby Andy". There are just not enough words to describe how adorable he is! "Andy" is a sculpt by Lucie Hoffman. "Andy" is no longer a child's toy but rather a collectible heirloom for the child in all of us. In addition, to having won numerous "Baby Of The Month" contests, I am very honored to have received the PRA*ISE Award for my babies! "Andy" has the most beautiful baby complexion. I have given "Andy" very soft, realistic baby skin tones. He has subtle veining on his head and limbs to create a "true" to life appearance to his skin. Genesis Heat Set Paint was used which will not rub off or fade over time. There is not one detail that has been overlooked. His coloring is perfect with every detail of shading, blushing and bluish undertones in all the proper places. I have spent many days and countless hours Andy's hair as I pride myself on my rooting ability. He has medium blonde hair from Delta Dawn. His hair is fabulous and shiny with NO frizz at all. You will not see any unslightly plugs of hair as he was rooted under magnification. His hair has been directionally rooted with a 42 gauge single barb needle to look like a newborn baby. The hair was then secured on the inside with a waterproof sealer. This will allow you to gently wash and comb his hair into any style you choose (straight or with slight curls). His hair feels so soft to touch just like a newborn baby. Andy has also been given details in his scalp which you can see through his hair. Andy is all snuggled in. Andy can wear anything and look simply adorable. He will wear newborn and 0/3 months sized clothes. I am sure his new mommy will have fun shopping! Andy has been given a custom jointed body that was designed especially for him. This will allow you to pose him in many different positions. His limbs have been filled and weighted with fine glass beads and topped off with soft premium fiber fill. His head and body are weighted with poly pellets that are encased in a pouch, then stuffed with soft fiber fill so that he will be very cuddly. He feels like a newborn baby when you pick him up. You will need to support his head just like you would a newborn. A new mommy warning, once you pick up this precious baby you will not want to put him down. He loves to be hugged. Andy is a beautiful baby sleeping baby. He has such fabulous features. Everything about him is precious! His expressions is so cute, you just have to sigh when you look at him. He has barely there painted on eyebrows to match the color of his hair. His eyebrows have painted one stroke at a time and in the direction of which baby eyebrows grow. His eyelashes have also been micro-rooted to match his hair color. Andy lips are adorable..you want to just give him a kiss. His lips are a very natural soft baby color. They have been glazed and glossed to not only protect them but to give them a hint of moisture. His veining and capillaries are subtle as to appear that they are under his skin. Andy's nose has been gently opened and backed with black felt for added depth and realism. If Andy is pulling on your heart strings there is only one thing you can do and that is to adopt him. There will never be another baby just like him. Babies have the cutest feet and hands. I pay close attention to the details not only the face but also of the hands and feet. Andy is an adorable baby boy with such a peaceful expression. He has been given a fresh baby manicured look with ivory nail tips. His nails have been glazed and glossed. Andy's photos were taken without being enhanced in any way at various times of the day. I wanted you to have as accurate images of him as possible. This precious baby is even more special in person as it is hard to capture all his fine details with a camera. Andy will be going home with his favorite stuffed animal to keep him company, Rumble Tumble Romper set with matching hat, booties and blanket, three piece jogging suit, sneakers and socks, Carter's sleeper with cap, onesie undershirt, magnetic pacifier, bracelets, and diaper.
