SECTION----->Introducing ~Adam~ A Limited Edition Art Doll Sculpted by Angela Harris And Reborn by Artist Audrey Karshner Born: June 4th 2010 Weight: 6lbs. 8oz. Length: 21 inches This is truly a beautiful little boy that I have had the pleasure to reborn. His kit is #261 out of only 300 produced. He will come to you with a certificate of authenticity signed by Angela Harris herself. I started with giving him a bath to remove any impurities so I could give him the most beautiful "Living Skin" I could using genesis heat set paints. I gave him alot of detail along with some nice varnish on his manicured nails, lips, nostrils which were opened gently to make him look as if he is breathing and backed with felt, and eyes to give them a moist look. I then rooted him some eyelashes and full head of hair using dark brown premium mohair from Delta Dawn with a 43 guage needel which roots one to two hairs at a time. I feel using the best mohair adds to the quality of the doll and I believe in only using the best! If you could reach through your monitor you could feel how soft his hair is! The mohair I purchased is straight with a little wave if you wish to style it in such a way. I have sealed his hair and eyelashes so his new mom can gently style and wash as she wishes! I then added a magnet so he can have a magnetic pacifier which I gave him. I then filled his head, custom doe suede body, and limbs with some polyfill and glass beads to make him feel like a real baby. Then the fun part was going shopping for him an outfit. He wears a size Newborn. He will come with what he is wearing in his pictures. The environment I make my dolls in is smoke free. My dolls are not toys and really aren't meant for children. I take as much time as I need creating my babies as I have children and I don't like rushing to complete a doll. I feel its better to take my time so I can make sure I am satisfied with a quality reborn that will last a "Lifetime" which is my motto. *Remember that magnets can harm children if swallowed and also can damage computers.
