Welcome to my auction. Please welcome Baby Ellie D.O.B: 17th August 2010 Time: 14.24 Weight: 4lbs 5 oz Length: 20 Inches Ellie's new Mummy is going to have so much fun dressing her... .... she is absolutely adorable. Complexion Ellie's vinyl is very soft, warm and realistic. She has been painted using Genesis heat set paints which I have built up and heat set in thin layers. I've added a slight texturing to Ellie's face for added realism, but only where it is needed ensuring that her vinyl is still very soft to the touch. Achieving as much realism as possible is always my ultimate goal when reborning and Ellie now looks remarkably realistic. She looks and feels just as a real baby would in your arms. Hair & Eyelashes Ellie's head and eyelashes has been rooted with a beautiful soft and shiny Blonde Mohair. I have applied 3D paint to her delicate eye brows. Lips Ellie's lips have been tinted in natural tones and have been sealed with satin varnish to help prevent chipping and to add a naturally slight sheen, Ellie has a wonderful little girl's face, she has been beautifully painted, shaded and blushed. Every characteristic has been attended too... including ears, hands and feet, making her as individual and unique as you and I. Nails Ellie's Nails have been tinted and now have the appearance of neatly manicured finger and toenails. I have then sealed the nails to prevent chipping and to add a natural sheen. To make my babies as realistic as possible, I do not add half-moons to the nails as real babies don't have them. Body and Fillings All of Ellie's fillings are hygienic, safe and new. She has been filled and weighted to perfection, with most of her weight being concentrated in her head and bottom. Photography All of Ellie's photographs have been taken in natural daylight and therefore lighting does vary. Image quality will also depend on your own monitor settings. To give you the best possible picture of the baby, I always use lots of Large scale photographs. Memberships & Certificates Health and Safety Ellie is not a play doll for young children, she contains many thousands of small parts. All reborn dolls should be handled and treated with care....just as you would with a real baby. Please note that my reborn dolls are absolutely not suitable for children as they do not conform to the safety standards that are recommended for children’s toys ** Payment due within 3 days of auction ending.
