Mommy's Angel is made from a sold out limited edition kit of only 350 worldwide, and has 3/4 arms and full legs. I have also given her a tuck in vinyl tummy plate used mostly for posing and is removed for cuddles. I have painted her with Genesis heat set paints. Her skin tone has been achieved by painting no less than than 8 15 very thin layers, baking each layer on. I mix my own colors and gradually build up the skin tone, until I am happy with the coloring. During this process I have added all the blemishes, newborn blotches and veins to give her the most realistic coloring possible. A lot of the detail is soft and does not show up in the photos. No two babies will ever be exactly the same.

I have given Mommy's Angel a very soft skin tone, with true baby coloring.

Her head and body have been weighted with glass beads, put into the vinyl parts and filled with fleece polyfill. I have weighted her body also with tiny glass beads, which i have put in a little cloth pouch and surrounded with unicurl, which are tiny fleecy polyfill balls, which hold their shape well, but are also soft and squishy, making the baby feel so real. The head is floppy and needs to be supported when you pick the baby up.

Her hair is very high quality Angora Premium kid mohair, that I have carefully micro rooted with a very thin needle to resemble a real infant sculpt. This takes many hours as only a few hairs are rooted at a time. This mohair has the look and silky feel of fine baby hair. I then seal the inside of the head making it possible to gently mist and restyle the hair straight or with a slight curl however you wish.

Her nail beds have been painted in thin layers resembling that fresh clipped look and finished with a semi matt sealer. Her lips have also been sealed, with the moisture look around the eyes, nose and mouth.

This is not a toy, but a Collectors Item, and should never be given to young children. I have used strong magnets in the paci and care should be taken with magnets around pacemakers and electronic equipment.
