My name is Susan and I am the artist here at Little Cuddlers Reborn Nursery. I spent 1 year researching and studying before I began the wonderful art of reborning and have been enjoying creating these little ones for almost a year now. It gives me great pleasure and enjoyment to present these unique, OOAK (one of a kind) creations...truly a piece of art for serious doll Collectors. I use only the best materials on and in these 'babies' and choose only quality baby clothing to suit each one. I am very pleased to present for adoption FAITH from the Arianna sculpt by talented Reva Schick 28 inches 9 pounds 2 ounces FULL soft vinyl arms and legs custom doe suede body (legs jointed, arms fixed) beautiful hazel eyes applied top and bottom eyelashes painted eyebrows I just can't say enough about this little gal. I just love her...she is so realistic and sweet. Reva has once again produced an outstanding sculpt. It was such fun to transform Arianna into very life-like Faith. Genesis Heat Set Paints were used in numerous layers and with every attention to detail until the desired realistic skintone was achieved. This paint is permanant. It will not fade or rub off, ensuring a durable Collector's heirloom doll. Faith has been weighted to feel like a real baby in your arms using polly pellets and quality fiberfill in the body and tiny glass granules and quality fiberfill in the head and limbs. All has been sealed in place. Because Faith has FULL limbs, she looks great in many different styles of clothing. Her legs are FULL and jointed. Her arms are FULL and fixed, but can still be gently moved for posing. Faith has been given gorgeous, soft wavy auburn hair which was hand-rooted a few hairs at a time using a fine German 42 gauge needle and Premium Angora Mohair. It was then sealed from the inside so that you may gently dampen and style it. This rooting process involved many tedious hours of maticulous work to give Faith this beautiful head of hair which is baby soft. It was all worth the effort. The pictures certainly don't do her justice. Faith's little fingernails and toenails are 'manicured' to perfection, half-moons and all. They have been sealed to ensure lasting beauty. Such a little lady when she's all dressed up. Faith is a fine Collector's doll, not a toy. You will want to display her proudly and cuddle her often. She is about the size of a real 12-month-old baby, so she can hold her head well, but still treat her with care as you would a real baby, supporting her as you pick her up for cuddles.
